Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Mail Eazy ("we", "us", "the Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Mail Eazy.

1. The Service

Mail Eazy generates cold emails from the resume and requirements you provide, suggests companies that may be a fit, and sends emails from your own Gmail account after you approve them.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with Google and must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Gmail access

To send email we ask for permission to send messages on your behalf through Gmail. We only use this access to send emails you explicitly choose to send. We do not read your inbox. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

4. Plans and payments

  • Free: $0 – 2 emails in total.
  • Starter: $5/month – 50 emails per month.
  • Pro: $20/month – 200 emails per month.
  • Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
  • Unused emails do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mail Eazy to:

  • send spam, phishing, scams, or unsolicited bulk mail unrelated to a genuine job or business enquiry;
  • harass, threaten or deceive anyone, or impersonate another person;
  • break any applicable law, including anti-spam laws, or Google's terms and policies;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

6. Your content and responsibility

You own the resume and content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service. AI-generated emails and company suggestions may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing every email before sending and for verifying recipient details. Emails are sent from your account and in your name.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee replies, interviews, job offers or any particular outcome. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Email delivery depends on Google and recipient mail servers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail Eazy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Privacy

We store your account details, resume content and usage counts to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data. Payment details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using Mail Eazy at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access if these terms are breached.
