No refunds

Because Mail Eazy delivers digital services that are consumed immediately (AI generation and email sending), all purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to partial months, unused emails, and accidental purchases or renewals.

Try before you buy

Our Free plan includes 2 emails so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing a paid plan. We encourage you to use it first.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

Duplicate or erroneous charges
